You book one seat. So does everyone else. Fixed dates, a fixed price, and a group that meets for the first time at the station — which is the entire point.

Five days of forest, river and a group that started out as strangers at Sealdah.

North Goa loud, South Goa quiet, and twenty-four people who flew in alone.
New departures go up every couple of months. Tell us where you want to go and we will message you when that one opens — or plan a private trip on your own dates instead.
Two are open right now. Read the day-by-day and check the dates against your leave — that is the whole decision.
A few thousand rupees holds your seat. The balance is due 14 days before you go, not a day sooner.
About three weeks out you land in the trip's WhatsApp group. Packing lists, plans, and roughly four hundred messages.
Reach the meeting point with a bag and an ID. From there the itinerary is the captain's problem, not yours.
The trips are good. The reason people book a second one is the twenty other people who were on the first.
That is the product, not a side effect. Every seat is sold to one person, so day one is twenty strangers and day three is a group chat nobody can mute.
Around eight in ten seats are booked by someone travelling alone. Turning up by yourself is not the brave option here — it is the default one.
Two of our crew are on the trip start to finish — holding the permits, the bookings and the one person who has lost their ID.
The dates are set and the price is on the card. Everything under Inclusions is already paid for before you leave home.
Twenty to twenty-four people, never sixty. Small enough that by the second evening you know who snores and who does not eat fish.
Same-gender rooms unless you ask otherwise, stays we have slept in ourselves, and a number that answers at three in the morning.
Who else has booked, what the rooms are like, whether you will be the oldest person there. The people who run the trips answer the messages.
